Returns
We want our customers to love our products and offer full refunds up to 30 days after purchase.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you that we have received your item
and will initiate a refund to your credit card.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs
are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase .
You will be refunded the full amount of the returned items. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the carrier.
We are only able to accept returns from orders placed through honestlyphresh.com. For orders purchased through third-party retailers, please contact the original place of purchase.
Refunds are issued once your return has been processed by our team, which typically takes 1-2 business days for review. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your banking institution.

We understand it's frustrating when a carrier has marked your order as delivered and you still haven't received it. We ask that you please allow the shipping carrier a window of two business days after the order was marked as delivered for it to arrive, as it's not uncommon for there to be a delay in this process.

Additionally, please keep in mind that any instances of damaged or lost items must be reported to Honestly pHresh within 30 days of delivery.

Free Shipping is initiated on orders of $40.00 or more. US orders only.
We offer shipping within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam. We also ship to Canada , EU & United Kingdom. All orders are domestically dispatched from our warehouse in Northern Arizona.
