I've been using this product for a few years and love it. I love that it works with my body, and is so very gentle. I work best with rose cardimum. I tried the foresty version and it didn't seem to work. I think the key is giving your microbiome time to adjust and to pick the right scent for you. I noticed also during a microbiome reset in which I tried no soap that it worked best. I use soap now, but it works great. When I feel it's not working as well I back off of soap, and it resets everything.
